designbyRAD is a full-service design firm specializing in design and project management for commercial, retail, food service, hospitality and experiential spaces. 

Our team of professional designers have over 12 years of industry experience and we bring a new perspective to contemporary design. designbyRAD creates holistic design solutions to spatial challenges with keen detail and uniqueness. In addition to our design expertise, our services include project planning, project management and budget analysis. 

Based in Toronto, Canada, our team has experience working across North America. With this experience, we have an extensive understanding of varying building codes and municipal requirements to ensure efficiency and success of every project regardless of the jurisdiction. 

designbyRAD’s founder, Rowena Domingo, is an experienced design and project management professional.  Rowena worked as a lead designer and an account manager in a number of design firms across Canada with a focus on commercial and hospitality design. In her most recent experience at Indigo Books & Music, Rowena was the senior lead of Store Design. Rowena was an integral and celebrated leader in designing and executing the store experience for the iconic Canadian brand. Her attention to detail and distinctive sense of aesthetics bring a unique facet to the design industry.
